Appointment Policy

At Otantik Auto Detail, we value your time and strive to provide high-quality, personalized auto detailing services. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please take a moment to review our appointment policy:

 

Booking & Confirmation

  • Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Once your form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation via phone or email.

  • Please double-check that your contact details are correct.

 

Arrival & Access

  • For mobile services, please ensure we have full access to the vehicle and sufficient space to work safely.

  • If your vehicle is in a gated or restricted area, please provide entry instructions in advance.

  • For drop-offs, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

  • No-shows may result in a non-refundable deposit requirement for future bookings.

Refund Policy

At Otantik Auto Detail, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our services, please note the following:

  • All sales are final once the service has been completed.

  • We do not offer refunds for completed services.

If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We’ll do our best to address your concerns and, if appropriate, offer a correction or touch-up at no additional charge.

 

Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service.

  • We accept cash & e-transfer.

  • Prices may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle (excessive dirt, pet hair, Heavy salt buildup, stains, etc.).

 

Vehicle Condition

  • Please remove personal belongings before your appointment.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

  • Extra charges may apply for excessive pet hair, mold, or heavily soiled interiors.
